We have just heard of the very sad passing of Tuam man , Mr Seamus Sweeney, co founder and Trustee of Tuam Celtic since its foundation in 1974. Also a Referee for many a years and more recently a Referee observer, a man who's opinions and advice were always invaluable. His service to Soccer in Galway and to the Tuam community will be sadly missed. A true gentleman our thoughts, prayers and sympathy are with his wife Virginia and his family at this sad time. RIP
